Pass your full DLT-approved SMS by replacing {#var#} with the real values. Missing any character that is not approved in DLT will result in the failure of the SMS. For example, if your DLT-approved SMS is: "Your OTP is {#var#} for {#var#}", you should pass the following SMS in this field: "Your OTP is 5566 for Login."

Pass correct DLT Content Template ID like "1110000001111". It’s optional if template is added in DLT_MANAGER; otherwise, it’s mandatory.
